Returns couldn't be easier With our 28 days return policy.
Try your purchased pieces from the comfort of your home and if you changed your mind about something we will be happy to offer you a refund within 14 days of purchase. Then you have another 14 days to return your items. This includes sale items or with a promotion code. All items must be accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase.
Unfortunately we can't offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item you will need to place a new order and get a refund for the item you wish to return.
Please note that we do not refund any earrings due to hygiene reasons.
However this does not affect your statutory rights.
Any returns without a returns form will not be accepted. Customers has to provide a tracking number.
Vis Saylà, is not responsible for any return packages that are lost or damaged.
If your return claim is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and an address to return the item.
- Please note that all returns will require the label(s) and documents to be printed prior to posting. Please make sure your pieces are returned in a new unused condition and in their original package.
Full refund on returns will be given if items when arrived was damaged or defected.
Gift cards are not refundable.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The item(s) should be returned in perfect condition. Any returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
You cannot return items that have been made to order or personalised for you.
Returns requested outside the standard 14 day window will only be accepted at our discretion.
Accepted returned items will be credited to the payment method used to originally purchase the items within 48 hours of receipt. Occasionally refunds to a credit or debit card can take up to 4-7 working days. Any original shipping charges will not ordinarily be refunded.
