Q: How long will take for my jewellery to arrive?
PLEASE NOTE: For handmade to order items the production of the piece is between 3 to 10 days prior of shipping.
Order process time 2-4 working days.
Shipping times:
- UK 3-7 days business days.
- US 3-10 business days.
- 1-3 weeks for international orders.

Q: Can I resize my ring?
Yes! You can go to a local jeweller to resize it or send it back to us for a discounted resizing fee of £50 for a 10K/14K gold ring. Resizing takes approximately 2-3 weeks.
Q: Will my ring turn my finger green or rust?
No, it will not turn your finger green or tarnish. The base metal for our rings are ethically-sourced nickel-free 925 sterling silver. Other metals are gold filled (aka gold alternative). We add three layers of 14k, 18K, 24k gold vermeil, rose gold, or white gold, which gives your jewellery that extra shine and durability to prevent oxidation.
Q: Are you gemstone authentic?
Yes! All of the gems we use are natural and genuine. They are ethically sourced from reputable suppliers around the world. We are also have the highest quality of Cubic Zirconia stones that beautifully captures the light.
Q: Do your gemstones come with a certificate?
We source all of our gemstones from reputable suppliers. Our gemstones can be sent to SGA for certification for an additional charge of £150 upon request for fine jewellery. We do not include the certificate to provide affordable prices for our fine jewellery.
Q: Do you ship internationally
Yes, we ship to anywhere in the world except U.S. sanction countries (Subject to availability).
Q: Will I have to pay for international Tax and Duties?
Yes, there are a few countries may be subject to import duties and taxes. Customers are responsible for these taxes and duties, we cannot control these costs.
Q: When can I use my promo code?
A: Our promotional codes can be used at the payment stage of checkout where it says Promo Code. Please note, our promotional codes can expire and therefore may need to be used within a certain time frame.
Q: Can my order be shipped to a work address?
A: Yes! Just add the correct address at checkout.
Q: How can I exchange my order?
A: Unfortunately we are not offering exchanges. If you wish for an exchange. you will need to place a new order and return the original order.
Q: My order hasn’t arrived, can you help?
A: Yes, if you have any problems with your order at all, just contact us and we will help you. Reach us out on social media for a quicker response.

Q: What payment options do you offer and can I pay in my own currency?
A: Yes. You can pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or via PayPal. We accept all currencies so that you know exactly what you are paying.
Q: Can I pay over the phone?
A: Unfortunately we're unable to take payment over the phone.
Q: What should I do if the item I have just received is faulty or damaged?
A: In the unlikely event that an item is faulty or damaged when you receive it, please inform our Customer Service team within 5 days from the date you received it. Please include a photo and description of the fault and we will arrange a return for a full refund or replacement for you.
RETURNS & MODIFICATIONS
Quadrivium London, is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. We do NOT refund shipping charges on return items.
Do you accept returns?
The quadrivium team strives for top customer service and wants all customers to be satisfied with their purchase. However, as each piece is handmade to order, outside of repairs and issuing a claim for defect, we do not accept returns. If your piece has been damaged or is defective please email contact@quadriviumshop.com for a repair authorization within 24 hours from receiving your order. Custom pieces/personalized pieces cannot be returned unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake.
Please do contact us to discuss the reasons of return and we will do the best possible to assist you in any case.
Can I cancel my order?
If you cancel your order within 12 hours, you will receive a refund. However, after 12 hours you’re subject to up to a 50% restocking fee based on the materials of the piece and the amount of work that's been done. Custom pieces/personalized pieces cannot be cancelled after 24 hours. After 12 hours you may still be subject to the restocking fee.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are processed and fulfilled within 3-7 business days with the exception of weekends and public holidays.
Normally we ship all parcels ready to ship within 2 business days after payment. We provide free shipping depends on the destinations country and order amount. On other cases a flat rate shipping is provided. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email informing that your order has been shipped, along with tracking number(s).
Shipping charges wherever applicable are not refundable.
The delivery date is only for reference, busy season, bad weather can cause delays.

Orders may not ship within the time frame due to stock issues, lack of order information, billing delays, order verification process, custom products.
NOTE: All Personalised jewellery items such as monogram and name necklaces orders are custom made and take 1-10 business days to prepare before shipping. Customer will be notified via email when the order is ready to be shipped.
Post air mail to Eastern-European countries and South American countries may take up to 22 days to arrive.
